Jane is a long-time member of our club, and she came to discuss a charitable project in El Salvador that she and her husband participated in.

Jane and her husband travelled to El Salvador in early December. It was a joint project between Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Builds, a charitable part of Thrivent Financial. The program is referred to the "Partners in Faith" program.

They were rebuilding a church that was damaged by an earthquake, with many of the locals and member of the church.

Jane had a wonderful powerpoint program, and the photographs were amazing. It was a wonderful thing for them to do, and was quite an adventure.
